With summer coming to a close, blueberries are quickly disappearing from the farmers' market and from grocery store shelves. So I decided to celebrate this blueberry sunset with big, fluffy blueberry pancakes on a beautiful Sunday morning. I used this recipe, which comes from a Williams-Sonoma cookbook that I turn to any time I want to cook a delicious, hearty meal.
I'm having a hard time accepting that it's Thursday already - I had Columbus Day off, then spent Tuesday interviewing seniors at Berkeley as a part of my office's recruiting efforts.
