This recipe is an absolute staple in my "food used when entertaining" repertoire. When my coworkers and I put together a potluck last weekend, I knew I needed to represent Texas cooking in a big way. These ribs were the perfect way to do it - they taste like I slow-cooked them for hours while only requiring a little over an hour of my time. Between these babies and the queso my husband whipped up for the occasion, I think everyone got a very enjoyable taste of Texas.
Here are a few pictures of what my culinarily-inclined coworkers made - I bet you wish you had been at this potluck!
