Dress Well While Eating Well: Sonoma {Again}

On Laura: Madewell sweater (similar), Madewell scarf (similar), Madwell tee, Madwell jeans, Tory Burch bag, Tory Burch boots, Anthropologie sunglasses. On me: Anthropologie sweater, Citizens of Humanity jeans, Stella & Dot necklace, Rocketdog boots, Ernest Alexander via Club Monaco bag, Tory Burch sunglasses

During my sister Laura's visit this past weekend, we decided to make an impromptu trip up to Sonoma - Laura had never been wine tasting before. As the fog cleared and the day warmed up, we had a great time sipping wine, catching up, and admiring the beautiful landscape. We visited Domaine Carneros for bubbly, then went to Artesa (not to be confused with Arista from my previous post) and Cline Cellars. We really enjoyed all of them, particularly the stunning surroundings at Artesa.

How adorable is this girl?

I have to thank our other sister, Hannah, for my gorgeous necklace. And my mom for my new favorite jeans and this awesome plaid bag. Sometimes I feel like my entire ability to dress well can be boiled down to the great birthday presents I get from my mom and sisters!

It's like Iron Man meets wine. Awesome. IMG_0452

IMG_1083That's the kind of sky that makes you wish that the sunset would never end.

 As I'm sure you can tell from these pictures, it was so fantastic to get to spend a weekend with my sweet sister (although we missed our third sister, who is currently fighting her way through finals - good luck, little one!). Luckily, I'll get to see them both this Saturday, meaning that I got to skip the part where I cry on my way home from dropping them off at the airport. I love living in San Francisco, but it sure is hard being away from my wonderful family. Saturday can't come soon enough!
